Commission policies: 
- You must be 16 or older to commission me I will need to see any form of ID to confirm.
- There won't be exact deadlines. I will have an estimate of when your commission will be finished but the making process could take longer or shorter depending on your suit's complexity and by how many commissions I have. 
- Please don't spam me with messages I will give you updates and the process. I will also post work in progress on my social media if you permit me. 
- please be kind and professional when working with me. I want to ensure a positive and pleasant experience for all of my customers.

       Quotes:
- Any commission quote is free but it's only an estimate for your final price. All prices will most likely change due to shipping costs, materials available, and design alterations. 
- In order for me to give you a quote I will need a fully colored reference sheet showing aleast 2 sides of your character. 
- I'm always open for quotes. Dm me on Instagram asking me for a quote. I will try to answer as quickly as possible.

 

 

Payment
- A deposit of 30% will be required. This payment is a confirmation and to ensure I can start working on your commission. A 30% deposit is required because it ensures that I can buy all the needed materials to start your commission. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE because it is used for materials. A down payment means you have claimed your commission spot. Note your commission will not be started until I have received the full amount needed. 
- Payment plans can be an option for anything $200 or more.
- Payment plans will be discussed only if you have your downpayment paid first. If you have your down payment paid your commission will be made.
- Shipping will be later discussed when your commission is completed.

Refunds and repairs
- when you have received your commission you get a 3-month warranty for any damages and repairs that may have happened during shipping.
- your repairs will be free within the first 3 months of you receiving your commission. These repairs include loose or popped seams, damage to fur or eye mesh, loose ears, and sizing errors
-this warranty doesn't include damages that are intentional or if they are too extensive unless the customer is willing to pay for shipping costs.

- I do not accept refunds all sales are final.
